Players’ Name Submission Deadline for IPL 2024 Auction Closes Today: Report

<p>Cricket players from around the globe who want to enter the forthcoming IPL mini auction must register by this Thursday.</p>

<p>The list of players that all ten teams have kept before the auction was revealed recently, and several well-known players were let go, including Lockie Ferguson, Josh Hazlewood, Jofra Archer, Josh Hazlewood, Harry Brook, and Ben Stokes (unavailable).</p>
<p>The deadline for players to get No Objection Certificates (NOCs) from their national cricket boards and register for the auction is November 30, according to a report in Cricbuzz.</p>
<p>A number of well-known players, including Travis Head, Mitchell Starc, Rachin Ravindra, and Australia’s world cup-winning captain Pat Cummins, are anticipated to be available and put up for auction.</p>
<p>More than 700 participants are anticipated to register for the auction, according to the reports.</p>
<p>There are 77 open spots among the 10 teams.</p>
<p>The outstanding all-around player, who was selected as an uncapped player during the 2015 auction, is making his way back to the Mumbai Indians, the team where his “cricketing journey” started, and his comeback has garnered significant attention.</p>
<p>The Gujarat Titans acquired Pandya, while MI transferred Cameron Green to the Royal Challengers Bangalore.</p>
<p>Prior to the next season, GT, who won the title in their first season in 2021 under Pandya’s leadership, have picked rising talent Shubman Gill as their new captain.</p>
<p>Joe Root and other prominent players, including Ben Stokes, have withdrawn from the next season, while fast bowler Jofra Archer, who has been sidelined by injury for some time, is not certain to play.</p>
<p>GT led the field going into the auction with the largest purse of Rs 38.15 crore, followed by Chennai Super Kings (Rs 31.4 crore) and Kolkata Knight Riders (Rs 32.7 crore).</p>
