IND versus WI 2023: Virat Kohli Is Seen Counseling Yashasvi Jaiswal, Who Could Be India’s New No. 3 Batter

<p>When playing on the front foot, Kohli and Jaiswal were observed chatting on how to posture their bodies and use their feet. Kohli was using his hands to demonstrate the proper technique in order to provide a clearer comprehension and better visual depiction. Shubman Gill, another promising young player, was seen warming up to the side and attentively observing the whole workshop.</p>
<p>While training, there was a serious environment maintained, although Kohli seemed to be having fun while doing batting practice. Teammates Jaydev Unadkat and Ravichandran Ashwin were spotted bowling to Kohli.</p>
<p>The first test will be the fourth Test trip of the Caribbean for Kohli. A young Virat Kohli made his international debut on a trip against the West Indies. In nine Test matches, Kohli has scored 463 runs at an average of 35.61, with a best score of 200 during the 2016 trip.</p>
<p>While Kohli will continue to play at his preferred slot of number 4, Jaiswal and Gaikwad will be vying for Pujara’s former position. With 9 hundreds for Mumbai in only 15 games, Jaiswal has an outstanding record in the domestic circuit, averaging 80.21 in the First-Class format.</p>
