From Delivery Executive to Building a National Pizza Brand: Ravi Meena’s Ramenoz Pizza Charts India’s Franchise Growth Story

New Delhi: India’s quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry continues to create opportunities for first-generation entrepreneurs, and among the emerging homegrown brands making their mark is Ramenoz Pizza, founded by entrepreneur Ravi Meena. Built on the principles of quality, affordability, and operational excellence, the company is steadily expanding its footprint with an ambitious Pan-India franchise strategy.

Raised in a middle-class family in Rajasthan, Ravi Meena’s entrepreneurial journey began far from boardrooms. After personal circumstances interrupted his education, he entered the workforce at a young age, starting as an office assistant before joining the pizza industry in 2015 as a delivery executive. Over the years, he gained hands-on experience across customer service, kitchen operations, staff training, store management, and business development, laying the foundation for his future venture.

In November 2023, Ravi launched Ramenoz Pizza with an initial investment of ₹5 lakh. Named in memory of his late father, Ramesh, the brand was created with a vision of delivering fresh dough, premium ingredients, standardized operations, and value-driven pricing while empowering aspiring entrepreneurs through a scalable franchise model.

Today, Ramenoz Pizza operates six outlets, with several more in development. The company has also received interest from over 100 aspiring franchise partners, reflecting growing confidence in its business model. Expansion plans include Single Unit, Multi-Unit, Master Franchise, FOFO (Franchise-Owned Franchise-Operated), FOCO (Franchise-Owned Company-Operated), and Company-Owned Store formats to strengthen its presence across India.

Further reinforcing its national ambitions, veteran Bollywood actor Sudesh Berry has joined Ramenoz Pizza as both Brand Ambassador and Equity Partner. His association marks a significant milestone in the brand’s journey and underscores confidence in its long-term growth potential.

“Our focus has never been rapid expansion at the cost of quality,” said Ravi Meena, Founder & CEO of Ramenoz Pizza. “We want to build a trusted Indian pizza brand with strong operational systems while creating meaningful business opportunities for first-generation entrepreneurs.”

Looking ahead, Ramenoz Pizza aims to establish itself as one of India’s most trusted homegrown pizza chains by combining technology, standardized processes, quality products, and a robust nationwide franchise network.

Reflecting on his entrepreneurial journey, Ravi added, “Our goal isn’t simply to become the biggest pizza company. We want to become India’s most trusted pure vegetarian pizza brand—growing one outlet, one franchise partner, and one satisfied customer at a time.”

From earning a monthly salary of ₹5,100 as a delivery executive to leading a fast-growing QSR brand attracting strategic partners and franchise interest nationwide, Ravi Meena’s story represents a new generation of Indian entrepreneurship driven by resilience, execution, and long-term vision.
